Subscribe on Kick ↗How does this work, exactly?
When you subscribe to kick.com/13thomas, Kick sends us a webhook. We match your Kick user ID to your MarkSoft account (provided you've signed in with Kick at least once) and flip your tier to Pro. Pro stays active for the entire subscription period — when Kick renews you, we renew you. When your sub lapses, you drop back to Free at the end of the period.
I'm already subscribed but Pro isn't active.
One of three things: (1) you haven't linked your Kick account here yet — click the Kick link button above. (2) Your sub started before we installed the new system and hasn't renewed yet — send any chat message in kick.com/13thomas and we'll pick up your subscriber badge within seconds. (3) Edge case — drop a note in Discord and we'll fix it manually.
I paid for Pro / Max / Ultra previously. What happens?
Your existing subscription is honoured until natural expiry — nothing changes, nothing is cancelled. After it lapses, the Kick-sub path is how Pro is unlocked going forward.
